It is as described. The only thing I didn't like is that the velcro is not that strong to close the lid. But as long as you're not moving the box so often or so fast, this is fine. It does the job I need for it fine. I currently put a lot of my smaller binder pouches into it just to keep things organized and in one place. Great organization box. It does not stand so sturdy by itself (the sides are very weak and flimsy), but once you have a lot inside the box, it holds shape pretty well. It unfolds, so it is great to save space when you are not using it!
