When do I need to order to get my decorations by Christmas?
Order by December 5. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and standard delivery takes 9 to 15 business days, so December 5 gives your order comfortable margin to arrive before December 24. After December 5 we will still ship your order promptly, but we cannot promise arrival by Christmas.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery within the US typically takes 9 to 15 business days from shipment. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $9.95 anywhere in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. We send you a prepaid return label, and there is no restocking fee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or is not what I ordered. What do I do?
Email info@christmastreesusa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and in most cases you keep or discard the item rather than shipping it back.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best. Once an order has entered fulfillment we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation, but the 30-day return window still applies.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first scan, which is normal.
Are your trees real or artificial?
Our trees are artificial and reusable, built to be stored and enjoyed for many seasons. Exact heights, widths, and materials are listed on every product page in both feet and centimeters.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Shopify's encrypted checkout, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The full list appears at checkout.
