- Order questions: include your order number (it starts with #, from your confirmation email).
- Damaged or incorrect items: attach a photo of the item and the shipping box. In most cases we resolve these with a replacement or refund without asking you to ship anything back.
- Delivery timing: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 9 to 15 business days. For delivery by Christmas, order by December 5.
