Help us help you faster
- Order questions: include your order number (it starts with #, from your confirmation email).
- Damaged or incorrect items: attach a photo of the item and the shipping box. In most cases we resolve these with a replacement or refund without asking you to ship anything back.
- Delivery timing: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after shipping (specialty items from overseas partners take 9 to 15, and their product pages say so). For delivery by Christmas, order by December 5.
For order changes, returns, and anything that needs a written record, email is still the most reliable channel, since it gives both of us a paper trail.
