Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $9.95.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During peak holiday weeks processing can run to the top of that range; we never sit on an order.

Delivery time

Standard US delivery takes 5 to 7 business days from the day your order ships, and that includes all of our artificial Christmas trees. A small number of specialty decor items ship from overseas partners and take 9 to 15 business days; when that applies, the product page says so. Many orders arrive sooner, but plan around the full window, especially in December. We work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages on different days at no extra cost to you.

Ordering for Christmas

Place your order by December 5 for delivery in time for Christmas. Orders placed after December 5 will ship promptly, but we cannot promise they arrive by December 24.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number, emailed to you when it ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 days to show its first carrier scan.

Delays, address issues, and lost packages

Carrier congestion, weather, and customs can occasionally add time beyond our estimates; when tracking shows a meaningful delay, email us and we will chase it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, since we cannot redirect a package once it ships. If tracking shows your package as lost or it is marked delivered but never arrived, email info@christmastreesusa.com and we will file a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund. We cannot change an order after it has shipped.
